​The choice of your girdle depends on your objectives, your body type and the use you will make of it.

You can wear the sheath between 4 and 8 hours (maximum) per day. Some girdle models in our catalog can be worn during your sports sessions. More information in the description of each product. It is strictly forbidden to sleep and eat with the sheath on.

It is recommended to wash the sheath by hand only. Here are some steps to follow to ensure proper washing:

1. Fill a sink or bucket with lukewarm water.
2. Add a small amount of mild soap or delicate clothing detergent to the water and mix to create a soapy solution.
3. Gently immerse the sheath in water and gently scrub to remove dirt and residue.
4. Let the sheath soak for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue.
5. Squeeze gently to remove excess water, but do not twist or twist the sheath, as this may damage the fabric or internal structure.
6. Lay the sheath flat on a clean towel and let it air dry. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near a direct heat source, as this could damage the fabric or elastics.

you can actually regularly scrub the inside and outside of your sheath using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Here's how to do it:

1.Fill a bucket or sink with warm water and add a small amount of mild detergent.

2.Soak a soft cloth in the laundry solution and wring lightly to remove excess water.

3.Gently rub the inside and outside of the sheath with the laundry dampened cloth to remove dirt and residue.

4. Pay particular attention to areas prone to accumulation of sweat or dirt, such as seams and elastics.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure gentle and effective washing of your sheath, which will help preserve its shape and quality over time.
