In latex for more elasticity and a cotton lining absorbs perspiration and ensures a good environment during your daily life or your sports session.

Directions for use for the sheath:

- Wear the sheath for 6 to 8 hours a day, ideally at least 6 days a week, to achieve optimal results.
- Avoid sleeping with the sheath on to ensure your comfort and well-being while sleeping.

-Remove your sheath 15 minutes before each meal to allow better digestion and put your sheath back on approximately 1.5 to 2 hours after the meal. (It is possible to snack while wearing the sheath)

- Wear the sheath during your sports and cardio sessions to maximize results. Remove it for ab exercises and movements where you are completely bent in half.
- Avoid consuming carbonated drinks, as they can lead to uncomfortable gas accumulation under the corset.
- Hand wash the corset only to preserve its shape and elastic properties.

By following these tips, you will be able to use your corset effectively and safely, maximizing the results to refine your figure.
